Q1. Tell me what have you done since you woke up this morning?When I come back late, I usually prepare my clothes for the next day before going to sleep, so I woke up by the phone calls, put on my clothes which was next to me, washed up my face, went to the toilet and then I got into the car.
Q2. What time did you go to bed last night?
I'm sure it was around 7am.
Q3. What did you eat last night (for your dinner) ?
Curry. Minced meat and aubergines curry.
Q4. What kind of food do you hate?
Curry. Compare with other Japanese. I don't like that much. I often cooked it a lot but one of curry I cooked that time was unpalatable. I had to eat it for 3 days ‘cos I was too busy to cook something else. I've never keen on eating it since then. Q5. What is a special dish (Gochisou) for you?
Sukiyaki.
Q6. How do you spend your day-off?
Clean-up my room. There's no space for walking in my room because I was busy writing down the songs. ? and when I listen CDs, I leave all on the floor…
Q7. What do you do for your health?
I change the water of the humidifier every night before going to sleep. I use it all the year round.
Q8. What fetish do you have?
Slope fetish. My heart beats when I see good slope. Good slope is… it's not that it is striate or narrow. For example, Hakodate's big slope is good, and narrow winding slopes give me exciting feeling like - “what can I see if I turn that corner?”
Q9. What kind of praise makes you happy the most?
Q10. What is the most precious treasure for you?
The drawing that I got from Kaneko sensei. I love Alice. There's chocolate called “Queen Alice” and his drawing is used for the package. I said I want the oil painting of the image and he drew it for me.
Q11. What do you scare to happen the most?
Molluscs . It's said under the sea is beautiful but all those beautiful creatures aren't slimy ? Fish is all right but how about trepangs (sea cucumbers)? I don't like similar type of creatures on the ground either. If there's a big earthworm , I would jump so high like I can win a gold medal at Olympic.
Q12. When you buy clothes, what makes you to buy?
If it looks cool, I buy it. Recently I grow up and try wearing it before buying.
Q13. Do you care about recent news? How do you get it usually?
I look Yahoo! news topics at glance.
Q14. What sort of films did you see most recently?
I saw a film last night, at star channel. The story was about a wife run away from domestic violence . At first, I thought ‘ah~, yes, there are somebody like him in the world…' but at the ending, the wife build her body and punch him to death. Err~~!? I thought ‘What a sequel !' (The movie “Enough”. Q15. What sort of book did you read most recently?
“Nana #12”
Q16. What sort of thing you can't help buying?
PC. I have Windows and Mac, and I could use either one when one of them is not working but I'm stuck recently… so now I want a new one… I'm not good at electronics so using extended devices are too comlicated… I want all-in-one machine.
Q17. When you meet your friends, what do you do?
Drink alcohol.
Q18. What is your definition of “Best Friends”?
Best friends trust each other even if they didn't see for a while.
Q19. What vinyl did you buy first time?
“Kamen rider”. I bought it when I was in year 1 at primary school.
Q20. Who is your idol in your heart?
David Sylvian.
Q21. What CD / vinyl did you listen the most?
David Sylvian's Secrets of the Beehive.
Q22. What CD do you listen at home or in your car recently?
Monoral.
Q23. How do you get information about music?
I found a new good band from yukihiro kun recently. He was listening something nice on his PC, so I asked him who it was. It was A Perfect Circle. I bought the CD later. And also I got info from my manager, especially when I got on his car, he plays variety of music.
Q24. If you were not a musician, what would have been?
Don't ask me. I guess I could have been a bartender?
Q25. What do you want to challenge / to learn?
Swimming crawl. Because I can't swim. I've asked my manager to send a fax of how to swim when I went overseas… yes, I could swim a little.
Q26. Imagine, what are you doing after 30 years?
I might be dead… (laugh) U~n, I maybe drinking tea near the window.
Q27. Who would you like to be your elder bother among the members of Larc? Why?
Tettchan kana? I guess he will care about me the most.
Q28. Tell me what are the 3 requirements for being the artist.
Coffee, cigarette and water. I can do nothing without these.
Q29. What do you care the most 1 month, 1 week, one day and moment before the live performance?
One month before- Stage effects. It's difficult to change in short period of time.
One week before- My physical strength . The stage.
One day before- My throat. And I sleep well. I don't usually take pills but I take it if I can't sleep one day before live.
One moment before- “What shall I say?” - worrying about MC
Q30. What colour is most suitable to describe Larc right now?
Navy.
Recording is finished. And many things will be released from now.So I imagined a beginning of a new day, the colour of dawn.
