I found the kanji versions of the lyrics with google, so I can't remember all the sites, sorry.
If you don't read the japanes characters, follow the instructions:
01 - Start
02 - Settings
03 - Control Panel
04 - Regional and Language Options
05 - Languages tab
06 - Check Install files for East Asian languages and click Apply (You will most likely need your Windows XP CD to install these files)
